To check if Tier 0 transfer works (injected, transferred, checked files), see the Storage Manager Page 1 in table Last Runs at link https://cmsonline.cern.ch/webcenter/portal/cmsonline/pages_common/storagemanager/storagemanagerdetails. If there are suspicious values (color code), make an elog entry and send an email to cms-storagemanager-alerting@cern.ch

IMHO, this can be removed. This link is no longer working. The new SM-1 page is at https://cmsonline.cern.ch/webcenter/portal/cmsonline/pages_common/storagemanager. And there are no more color codes. The main monitoring of the transfers which the shifter should look at is in the F3mon nowadays.
