Popup messages on top are too short. #410

Expected behavior

The popup stays visible at least for 5 seconds

Actual Behavior (please include screenshot if possible)

The popup is too short so you have to trigger it again

Steps to reproduce the problem

Remove all the reports and try to Continue. An error saying that at least on report is needed will appear for 3 seconds.
