Add Exc-Inh selector for the analysis beside the Population selection #413

Expected behavior

A dropdown to select which type of cells (Exc-Inh) you want to analysis should appear below the Population selection

Actual Behavior (please include screenshot if possible)

There is only Population dropdown.

As we have added colors for Inh-Exh cells in the raster plot as a default, we agreed to do this analysis in a jupyter notebook instead of thru the GUI.
