Update use case

Aspect	Detail
Summary	Fetch the optimization results from the storage of the HPC system in the analysis notebook as done in the Synaptic events fitting use cases. Essentially merging the 'Job Manager' notebook into the 'Analysis' notebook for the single cell building use cases.
