This use case is supposed to be a showcase use case to be shown to the reviewers at the end of SGA2 in May/June 2020. This section should contain a detailed description of what exactly to show to the reviewers (like a script):
the showcase will be a real-time demonstration of how a typical Live Paper (including interaction with other use cases/tools/platforms of the HBP/BSP) is structured and works
the first part of the showcase will be a brief introduction on the goal of the Live Papers and will provide some information on:
how/where to access the list of Live Papers and individual Live Papers (i.e. main public HBP website/BSP)
what is the Collab related to each Live Paper intended for and how to access it (i.e. at the moment, through an authenticated access to the Collaboratory)
the second part of the show case will focus on a single Live Paper and will consist in:
a description of the sections a Live Paper is made of (e.g for each section title, internal/external links, info, etc)
a thorough description of ALL the sections that contain not only text and links but also give access to/open other use cases/tools. A good example in this sense is the Migliore et al 2018 Live Paper (https://humanbrainproject.github.io/hbp-bsp-live-papers/2018/migliore_et_al_2018/migliore_et_al_2018.html) in that, starting from the Resources section, it allows to access and interact with the following tools/resources
data registered in cscs containers (for download of morphologies/electrophys files)
the morphology viewer to visualize the morphologies used for the manuscript (opened in a new tab)
the neo-viewer to visualize the electrophysiological traces (including zooming in and out) used for the manuscript (data shown on the same page as the Live Paper)
the BlueNaas for the simulation of the optimized models whose activity has been reported in the manuscript (opened in a new tab)
the Model Catalog to access the optimized models (opened in a new tab)
Acceptance Criteria
The sample Live Paper is online, all the links and buttons work, all the tools (e.g. BlueNaas, NeoViewer, Morphology Viewer, ...) accessed from the Live Paper are online and work.
Possible end users for testing: any member of this github repo
