Make this repo public and enable github pages #14

When we make this repo public we need to also enable github pages for the documentation. This repo should have a link to the webdocs, like we do for sdk-cubic and sdk-diatheke.

No longer applicable. The repo is public, and we are moving away from github pages to use something else to host our documentation.
