Updated Readme with Editing Shortcuts #32

There are a few shortcuts to creating new posts and pages for the website without having to set up the entire development stack. I tried to make note of those here.

I noted that edits can be done fully in the browser. I also noted that you can preview the site locally without a full grunt stack. Both of these options should make it easy to contribute content to the website.
