Call-out non-standard method parameters #2

Also, changed language from "standard/custom" to "standard/non-standard" and changed colors from blue/red to gray/orange (to distinguish from optional/required parameters that are blue/red)

I'll wait to pull this until I talked to you about versioning and deployment.

Thanks. So far, "releases" are simply "git tagged" (see tags in this repo) and deployment is handled by the City (I think they are simply cloning). The plan is to have a meeting this week to discuss which features they want next (probably 1 more sprint for us) and then to hand off to them for all future dev work. I will keep you in the loop.
