When a user manually marks a goal as complete/submitted, we would like to display an informational modal that tells them something like "Congratulations on achieving your goal. Be sure to let your coach know the next time you meet!"
It is important that we make it clear that only the Coaches are able to officially mark goals complete and that the incentive money is available. The app helps user keep track of goals but they still have to go to CVOEO to validate their progress.
This modal should be displayed after the user takes this action:
