Imperial Standard Dating system #21

@IngvarJackal suggested to use Imperial Standard Dating system instead of UTC timestamps. So, why not?

"Why not?" - this is the worst argument for adding new features.

Is there any, you know, rational reason to implement this feature besides "it would be kinda cool"?

Features should be implemented in order of importance, not coolness.
