FMT_CFG_EXT.1.2 can be subsumed by FTP_DIT_EXT.1.1 #107

Also need to ensure credentials are included in EITHER "Sensitive Data" or in the Assurance Activity so that there is testing to ensure no creds are transmitted in the clear.

credentials are defined as part of sensitive data.

i just made some changes to DIT. I think it is slightly better. i'll review it some more tomorrow
