Per comment: FPR_ANO_EXT.1 Anonymous Network Behavior Application note indicates that ""In-App-Ad-ware"" is subject to the same restrictions as the host app.

Strike this." Ad-ware is wrought with vulnerabilities and should not be allowed on any DoD, Government or corporate network simply by virtue of it being tested to ensure it doesn't transmit user identity information. I fail to see DoD or any Government agency wanting to condone the use of ad-ware on its networks. This note indicates approval of same.
