FCS_COP.1.1(1) app note needs correcting #114

FCS_CKM.1.1(2) in the app note is no longer correct and needs to be updated.

I changed the App Note to be FCS_CKM.1.1 instead of FCS_CKM.1.1(2).

other PP's use FCS_CKM.1.1(2), but they say something like 'The TSF shall'...We have 'the application shall'.
