Table in section 5.2 (intro to SARs) #116

The other PP's have a table "Assurance Class | Assurance Components" in the intro to the SAR section. I suppose we need to add that...

We deleted it. It hardly seems necessary, and some others don't have it (e.g. browser, GP OS).
