add text for storing PKI credentials

PKI isn't covered in the definition of sensitive data. I'm not sure how to finesse it in there.

Do we need to work PKI into DAR_EXT1.1?

PKI is referenced and covered in FCS_STO_EXT.1.1 as the secure storage of secrets
