The default bibliography reference included in the PP transforms is for CC v3.1r5. In order to conform to CC:2022 there should be a toggle on the PP for the desired CC version that the PP will conform to (the same is true for Modules but this is being raised in the context of a review of the App PP specifically which is why it is being raised here)
