Nested <selectable(s)>s don't render. #37

@bourdett tried nesting one inside another, and it didn't render. Sounds like an XSLT issue...

So I put in the markup and it rendered like it was supposed to in my Firefox and Chrome browsers. At this point, I'm thinking @bourdett just lost track of the markup; understandable as this is the only nested selection in the document.
