It says The application shall invoke the platform's DRBG using [selection : Hash_DRBG (any), ...

To me this is a requirement levied on the platform. Do apps really say, "Give me some random and make sure it's generated thusly?" I don't think I've ever seen this.

Going from "kill" to "repurpose"... The application shall invoke the platform's DRBG using the platform's approved methods (or something similar).
