Do we want to survey this? There is significant variation per-platform; what should each AA look like? Let's try to draft this and see if we can end up with something sensible.

Yes -- let's try to do a new SFR for local communications similar to what we do for network comms in FDP_DEC_EXT.1.3. Likely for version 1.1.
