We need to put some real content in the requirement that apps can be removed.

The evaluator shall take a snap shot of the entire file system prior to installation of the application. Then install and run the application. The evaluator shall then uninstall the application and take another snap shot of the entire file system. The evaluator shall compare the two snap shots to verify that the only file system differences are configuration files, output files, or audit/log files.
