improve AA for PII transmission #84

This is really more the AA for FMT_SMF: http://common-criteria.rhcloud.com/application/output/application-table.html#FMT_CFG_EXT.1.4

While we should have an AA that involves inspection of network traffic, and ensure there is not PII inside it.
