Does PII User Approval Req FMT_CFG_EXT.1.4 still fit in FMT_CFG #85

Original PII Req was about a configuration option and its default setting which clearly was FMT_CFG, but as it is currently worded this is now about user approval (awareness) which seems to fit better up in User Data Protection (FDP) with our other user awareness reqs. thoughts?
