Add commit hash somewhere to the extension #150

For triaging purposes it would be nice to know the repository commit hash. We can write it somewhere in the extension so the user can inform about it when submitting a new issue.

The best place would be in the Extension Manager:

Another option is to add an About or Help line to the Conan Package Management menu, but any other suggestion would be valid.
