Add a pipeline Run resource/trigger for podman-desktop e2e tests using libkrun provider on OpenShift pipelines

Once #206 is resolved, we could introduce a pipelineRun on nightly base, that would trigger the tests using OS pipelines and use libkrun provider to have nightly run tests results on Mac Platform.
