Add date and time pickers #10

This PR adds date and time pickers, and keeps them in sync with the wwt time (every 500ms)

I really like this!! It's a clean, intuitive design, and I like that you can have it open and roll time backward/forward as you like.

I'm going to merge, but I have a couple things I will open new issues for so we can decide how to handle them.
