This is a tiny PR to set the background imageset to be USNOB.

Switching the background to Tycho. @johnarban noticed that the USNOB background weirdly has T CrB at nova brightness, which we can use to our benefit. We can have a button people can press to see what the nova will look like and switch to the USNOB layer.
