bump anatomical toolbox version version #39

can use the toolbox to generate one .nii.gz per roi per hemisphere but we then have to recreate a single .nii image and give a label to each ROI which may be different than the values in the original toolbox

I would prefer to make sure the value for each ROI will be the same as in the anat toolbox
