Home page - missing Teams #15

Start adding all the team metadata for 32 NFL Teams to the home page.

Add some kinda filter tool bar to the top. Maybe a dropdown or one of those Hyperlinks of Letters of the alphabet.

The list of teams is sorted by most recent comments descending. It would also be nice to sort by most Likes descending. And add something to tool bar to choose which sort to apply
