As a developer I can create a footer so that users can find and navigate to our social links easily

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1: Social media links should appear at the bottom of each page. Acceptance Criteria 2: Social media links should have icons that match the platform. Acceptance Criteria 3: Links open in a new tab.
