As a developer I can use bootstrap so that my application is easier to build and has responsiveness

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance criteria 1: Use bootstrap throughout the project to make sure the page is responsive on all devices. Acceptance criteria 2: Use the most upodate to date version of bootstrap version 5.3.3

Bootstrap used but still a few issues on main and support page a bug for future fixes
