[ENH] Manage Email Buttons #38

Currently, the buttons to manage emails on the Manage Emails page, show Make Primary and Re-send Verification, even when the only email address(es) present are already verified and/or primary addresses.

As a user, it would be a better user experience to only show these buttons when applicable.

Make Primary is not needed, as only 1 email address can be on the account - once the other email is verified, it automatically becomes primary and the second/previous email is removed.

Re-send Verification is only available if an email in the list is not verified
