[ENH] Show new image when uploading for new collection picture #41

Currently, when changing the picture while editing a collection, after selecting the new image to upload, the picture shown to the user stays the same. It would be better to show the newly uploaded image right away.

Adjusted input file width to include the file name of the newly uploaded file instead. This clearly shows the user that a new file was uploaded and acknowledged by the system.
