Add support for AWS MSK IAM, linked to #34

Description of your changes

Add support for AWS MSK IAM via injected identity. Same changes as in #35, but that became stale over summer so this is rebased with changes committed since that one was opened.

How has this code been tested

This has been tested and is currently running in our EKS cluster.
