Split the ORP sensor out to it's own entity

Add a number entity for adjusting ORP with a range between 400-900 in increments of 10

@jplivingston08 can you respond to this issue and attach the diagnostic data from the integration?

Sure !! I think the item you would be looking for is <ORP-Target-Level>700</ORP-Target-Level> I have mine set to 700 and when i change it, it changes that spot in the diagnostics. config_entry-omnilogic_local-15eafe02fff8a6619f654171297c0a96.json

Also, Occasionally the acid feeder will timeout and require you to clear the alert for it to start again. Mine has only done it once this year. The next time it does it, i will wait to clear it so that maybe we can figure out which item it is in the data to potentially clear it.

PS: I changed my username on Github because it overlaps another account that I have and it was getting confusing.

@SelfSufficient08 whenever you get that alert, feel free to open up an issue and attach the diagnostics data!

One question, if I don't use ORP to control my Salt cell, the Hayward app doesn't show me the ORP reading at all. I do still see the value for it in this component though. It seems to be accurate, is there any way to confirm?
