Hi. We started using NEF format files and found that they didn't display well.

This is how they are displayed if you use the command dcraw -c -w ZIF_6663.NEF | pnmtojpeg > ZIF_6663.jpg ZIF_6663

And this is how imagor cuts them ZIF_6663-imagor
