updating wort catalog for magsearch #13

Updates via 1) downloading full list, and 2) using that full list to update the catalog info for magsearch

Note that since I was updating sporadically, I was just adding the date information to the file manually. If we choose to automate, we should just write some info into the results that contains the date, so we know when the metagenome catalog was updated.
