Create a module which will allow you assign metrics that can either trigger or fail based on certain thresholds.

Examples:

No resource takes longer than 3000 ms to load
No more than 5 uncached resources
Full page render time no longer than 6000 ms
Time to first response no longer than 2000 ms

That way this can be used for automated testing without having to output a report.
