@jcoyne We've migrated all our facpubs to the pdf model, so this PR removes any code associated with facpubs.

oh hold on i just realized i missed one fixture object that had the afmodel, will add.

as long as this was still open I've added a few more commits which remove PRESENT_SMIL from the audiotext model since we've purged that datastream though the repository and removes STREAM_ATOM from the fixture objects as thats been purged as well
