Add updated stepper code #32

Updated stepper motor code for peristaltic pumps. Currently requires manual serial input of desired liquid amount. Can produce this amount to a high accuracy.

All good to merge, some minor alterations to be made over the next coming weeks, but the entire structure is finalized.
