Fixes #29. But since I bumped the metadata version, it might be good to hold off on merging until #27 is added.

Fixing #27 is going to require adjusting how / where the files are currently stored in order to update to all the new filetypes mods can have, and that is going to require bumping the version anyway, so I don't see the harm in merging this. That's going to require creating import functions which can handle older versioned zips (As I understand it, thumbnails are still optional, so technically a ver1 pak is still a valid ver2.
