trouble shooting for filter #45

Please check what causes even the min price of filter result is still smaller than JD price. @

CC17:do with +- 10% for jingdong's price

CC29: filter results are all 0, need re-scrape

For the dict index you have filtered, if it does not show up in this result, the filter results probably has some problems. I checked cc32 and cc51. They have not been filtered, and there is no indicator in the column ind_filter. @yiminfu @frankmei33

uv7,9,11,25 are suspect of fake, thus no result
