I'm getting an error on startup with the following command, what do I need to do before executing this command?
ros2 run webots_ros2_driver driver
Steps to Reproduce
Start the Webots R2023b program
Set controller to <extern> mode
Use the ros2 run webots_ros2_driver driver command
See error
