Replace non existing users with Cycle Planet account #62

Some users that don't exist anymore, have added or edited data, and the code will look to their non existing user data, resulting into an error. For example, with a comment, or a post, the username and photo is shown, but doesn't exist. When not exisiting anymore, it should be replaced by the CP account.
