Similar to issue #68, but then for regions of countries. A good start would to list all states of USA, so every state will have it's own page with information, similar to the country page. In the future, we could make more regions for large countries, or countries that are visited a lot, or countries that have small islands or other regions under their flag, but are not worth mentioning as a separate country. Also U.K. could be divided in Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.
