Re-enable code coverage analysis for PR's and latest commits #431

It seems that lately, CodeCov has stopped working (see here: https://app.codecov.io/github/cytomining/pycytominer/commits ). My understanding is that this has two impacts:

The shield displayed in the readme is possibly no longer up to date.
We're not seeing reports of code coverage changes within PR's as we used to.

I believe we haven't seen an error due to this because of the following flag provided to the related step: https://github.com/cytomining/pycytominer/blob/37cf141b2448443659558de101efd10f5ad270d8/.github/workflows/integration-test.yml#L94
