usability fixes for ndex import

• edges column no longer cut off in the ndex results table view
• user can click anywhere on the table entry to select an item
• cursor pointer when user hovers over an item

This PR tries to address usability issues where the user could only click the radio circle to select a network to import.

If you ever need to reduce the file size of screen recordings because of GH's upload limit, you can use Handbrake fairly easily. That's what I use. https://handbrake.fr
