Refs: Add a robust element property data type analyser #49

Notes:

The current integration with the style UI is very minimal. I mainly used TDD with a mocha test suite. Changes to the style UI are part of #50.
The NetworkAnalyser does not make any decisions on what type is the 'main' one and what is 'exceptional'. I think the style UI should do that.
Lists are not supported yet.
The range of a numeric attribute does not shrink when elements are deleted. That would require scanning all the nodes/edges every time one is removed, which would be a major performance hit for what is arguably a corner case. We can discuss this further.

Yes. I'm sure the API of the NetworkAnalyser will evolve as we add features that use it.

Great, let's consider the lazy approach for later iterations in M2. For now, I think this is good to merge in.
