Drain Pipe #19

The pump pipe was an ill conceived idea. Pumps and floodgates work how they do for a reason. That's not to say a pipe that, when placed under a pool of liquid, can't drain the pool above it into a pipeline without requiring energy or near as much time as a pump.

Glad I made this. An 11-hour shift tends to do wonders in field of forgetfulness.

Almost done. Sorry BC, I kinda stole almost all of it from the pump and adapted it.

Still adapting it... I forgot that pipes have a very difficult to override max capacity of 1/4 bucket.

On the plus side, when I finally get this working, the reinforced pipes will work much more as intended.
