As far as I'm aware, Github does not have a messaging system, and I don't know your username on MCForums if you have one.

When you are putting some .lang stuff just comment on this commit something like: Pinging @Adaptivity, I'll receive a notification and if I have time I'll translate it, if no I'll translate it later.
