m2: Time-dependent threshold values? #9

Dependency of deviations on annual and diurnal cycle:

cut-off values in QC level m2 could be different for certain times or periods, e.g. more strict during daytime (shortwave radiation errors) and less strict during night-time.

It's very interesting to see the seasonal and diurnal pattern of deviation. I am wondering why the maximum deviation during the diurnal cycle is not at noon/afternoon? Do you have a plot that shows the relation between average air temperature of CWS and deviation? A time-dependent threshold for m2 is a good idea.
